Hands-on experience in the United Kingdom
Participants will gain hands-on experience in the United Kingdom through an immersive 5–8 week journey.
The program integrates:
Professional Exposure
Placement in UK-based unpaid internship environments to build essential career skills and confidence.
English Fluency Development
Daily use of English in professional and social settings to strengthen communication abilities.
Cultural Exchange
Direct engagement with UK culture and people to broaden perspectives and global awareness.
Program Intake
The Youth Experience Program runs twice a year, offering participants the flexibility to choose the period that best fits their academic or professional schedule.
Winter Intake
Perfect for university students on semester break or recent graduates looking to kick-start their global journey at the start of the year.
Summer Intake
Ideal for those wishing to make the most of their summer by gaining international work exposure and personal growth.
Participant Criteria
To ensure meaningful engagement and impactful outcomes, the Youth Experience Program is designed for highly motivated young Indonesians who meet the following criteria:

Personal Qualities
- Strong motivation for international experience and personal development
- Demonstrated interest in improving English communication
- Adaptable, proactive, and culturally curious

Educational Background
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (final-year students preferred)
- OR recently graduated within the last 2 years

Career Stage
- Early-career professionals with up to 2 years of work experience
- Open to individuals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds

Language Proficiency
- Minimum English level: B1–B2 (upper-intermediate) (Able to communicate confidently in both professional and social settings)

Age Range
- Between 20 to 27 years old
